Returns & Exchanges

At Masha Studios, each piece is crafted with quality in mind. As part of our commitment to maintaining the integrity of every order, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless the item received is damaged due to an error on our end.

If you receive a damaged item, please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at contact@mashastudios.com along with clear photos of the defect.

Kindly note that claims made after 48 hours will not be eligible for review.
